Double Dipping

The EatClub offer cannot be used in conjunction with existing promotions, such as in house specials, happy hours or offers from deal platforms. 

If a diner attempts to stack an EatClub deal with another promotion, they are in breach of EatClub’s terms and conditions, and the venue is not obliged to honour the combined discount.

For repeated customer breaches, they should be flagged and consider proactive education or potential account suspension.

The EatClub deals cannot be combined with other discounts or specials run by the venue, as this undermines the "win-win" scenario for both the customer and the restaurant. 

If double dipping occurs, it will affect their profitability. Some venues have POS integration where some deal items are excluded. For venues without POS integration we rely on honesty otherwise some customers may be charged back for the deal amount.
