How to set up an EatClub Card
The EatClub Card is a digital, prepaid Mastercard that sits in Apple or Google Wallet. The card is loaded by EatClub and allows diners to pay the bill after the redeemed offer has been automatically applied to the full amount. This means they’ll never have to discuss the offer with staff and ensures the offer the diner redeemed is always honoured.
Once a customer has signed up on the app, they can redeem an offer at a restaurant which will then prompt them to add their card details to set up the EatClub Card.
How to use the card
Customer redeems an exclusive dine-in offer on the EatClub app with their arrival time.
Once the customer has dined at the restaurant and asked for the bill, they can tap the EatClub card on the EFTPOS machine (which will show the amount before the discount) to make the payment with the offer automatically applied.
Once the diner has paid, they can find all the transaction details associated with the dine-in experience on the offer confirmation screen by clicking “view bill”.

Customers can’t set up their card until they redeem a deal.
Once they redeem a deal they will be prompted to add their card details.
A verification will be sent to the customer’s phone number.

Once the customer has inputted their card details, they will be prompted to select an EatClub card and link it to their digital wallet.
If there are issues with setting up the card, customers should:

- Check card details are correct and supported (most major cards are accepted).
- Ensure the card isn’t expired or blocked for online transactions.
- Try adding the card again or use a different card.
- If issues persist, customers can contact EatClub support through the “Help” section in the app for assistance or a reset.
- If a verification is not automatically sent, they can do the verification manually by going directly from the digital wallet.
