Why can customers only dine within a particular time frame?
The EatClub offers are based on a restaurant’s off-peak times. Deals are designed to help venues fill seats during off-peak hours.
Customers will have a pay by time in which they will need tap by in order to get the deal, this so they dine within the time frame given and not go into peak hours of their trading.
That’s why:
- Each deal has specific time frames, set by the restaurant based on when they have spare capacity.
- Dining outside of those hours means the venue may not need extra customers, so the deal no longer applies.
- By sticking to the listed time, EatClub helps restaurants manage flow and optimise service, which is the heart of EatClub’s model.
